Please see below the instructions for installing your data agent connection.
Instructions:
1. In your POS server, open a web browser (such as Google Chrome or Microsoft Edge) and open the link - https://drive.google.com/file/d/16edajI6FQ783Pc4FTlpm4q_Vfhkip1sM/view?usp=sharing
2. Once the SignIQ Data Agent is downloaded, run the installer
3. Click 'Next' and then you should see the screen below
4. Fill in the following details
SIGNIQ HOSTNAME: This is the URL you use to log in (e.g. fmcg.signiq.net or xxxx.lastyard.net)
DATA AGENT HMAC: [Please contact Last Yard support for these details]
DATA AGENT ID: [Please contact Last Yard support for these details]
TIMEZONE: [as per store's timezone]
RUN WHEN LOGGED OFF: TICKED
RUN WITH HIGHEST PRIVILEGES: TICKED
5. Click 'Install'
6. Click 'Finish'
