Print Compliance Report

Modified on Mon, 17 Nov at 12:09 PM

The Print Compliance Report shows how reliably stores are printing their assigned batches on time and in full.

It replaces the older Print Activity report. The new version is more accurate, easier to use, and includes visual summaries and detailed filters. It was developed to address issues like incorrect batch counts and vague compliance metrics.

What it shows

The report provides two main performance metrics:

  • Print Compliance Score

    • This shows the percentage of batches printed by their due date. It helps track whether stores are following their print schedule.

  • Punctuality Score

    • This measures how close to the due date each batch was printed. A high score means stores are printing at the right time, not too early or too late.

  • Compliance by Batch Type

    • The number of Printed batches out of the total number of batches assigned in the searchable period.

The report also includes:

  • A breakdown of these scores per store

  • A sortable, paginated table of print data

  • A chart view that can show results by batch type or total print volume

  • Status of each store in the searchable time period:

    • Not Started - is yet to start printing any batches

    • Partial - has partially printed some of their assigned batches in the searchable period

    • Completed - the store has successfully completed printing the batches assigned in the searchable period

Batch types that are not printable or have been disabled are automatically excluded. This ensures only relevant, actionable data is displayed. And if you have customised batch types these will need to be tagged by the delivery team to appear as your batch type in the list, instead of Default.

How to use it

  1. Open the Report
Go to the Reports section in the side bar and select Print Compliance.

  2. Set filters

    • Choose one or more stores

    • All batch types are selected by default, but you can refine this

    • Use the date range to filter by batch due date (not the print date)

  3. Read the metrics

    • Use the chart at the bottom for a quick summary

    • Use the table to drill into store-level performance

    • Sort the table by store name, total prints, compliance, or punctuality

    • Use pagination to view additional stores

  4. Download the data (optional)
Click the export button to download a CSV of the full report.

When to use it

This report is useful when you want to:

  • Spot stores that are missing prints or falling behind

  • Check if prints are happening on schedule

  • Analyse campaign batch performance

  • Support reporting or store engagement follow-ups
