If your POS does not support Country of Origin labelling then you can manually enter the country statement and Australia Percentage for each product. If your POS does support Country of Origin labelling, this feature can still be used to override the POS values. However, we highly recommend that your POS be your source of truth for product data.
From Ticket
After you've create a ticket, open up the ticket and scroll down to the 'Country' dropdown. In the dropdown, select the appropriate selection and use the save disk icon next to it if you wish to save this setting for this product.
From Product Search
From Product Search, search for your product and click on it from the table to access its details.
Click the Edit button on the right hand side to access the Ticketing Defaults below.
Populate the statement from the Country drop down that’s best suited for your product. If an entry is missing please contact support. When selecting either of the following options be sure to set the Australian Percentage also.
